I hereby affirm that the original donors, ICNA Relief USA Programs, Houston Food Banks, and Feeding America:

1) Are released by me from any liabilities resulting from the donated goods;

2) Are held harmless from any claims or obligations in regard to the donated food;

3) Offer no express warranties in relation to the gift of goods.

I certify I am a member of the household listed above and that on its behalf, I have applied for USDA products. I verify that all information regarding my household is true to the best of my knowledge. I also designate the signee as an authorized representative of my household and certify that their information is correct to the best of my knowledge. Authorized representative is able to pick up the product for the client until re-certification is necessary.

We only ask for information that we need to serve our clients. We aim to be transparent about the data we collect, how it’s used, and how users can opt out. 

We do not sell personal data or share it with unauthorized third-party vendors. We may share data about food pantry participation with partner organizations for research purposes. We only share personal data with partners who have signed a data-sharing agreement and agree to keep personal data secure in accordance with our privacy and security policies. 

All of the data that we collect is encrypted in transit and at rest and we follow strict access control procedures. HFB takes data security very seriously. In the event of a data breach, HFB is required by Texas law to follow certain notification procedures relating to the investigation, disclosure, and remediation of the data breach.
